Streetwise Security Products warrants each new LR1200R unit for a lifetime-limited-warranty against defects in materials or workmanship with the following exceptions:

The rechargeable batteries are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, moisture, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or recharging the unit not according to the instructions listed in the manual (which comes with each unit).

Tampering with and/or opening the unit, or the use of unauthorized replacement parts unless by an Authorized Dealer will void the warranty.
