Ordering

We accept all major credit cards through our SSL secure shopping cart.
Our shopping cart works in conjunction with PayPal. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase from us. If you prefer to mail a payment, you can send a money order to:

Shipping & Handling Fees

We are Minnesota-based company. MN Sales tax will automotically be added to any orders with a Minnesota address.


As you place your items in the shopping cart, click on the "recalculate" button to update. You may also click on "Continue Shopping" to add more items. When you are finished adding items, click on "Go to Payments" to complete your order.


We have had no problems with international shipping, but the buyer will assume the risk on all international shipments.

Refunds

If you are returning an item because it was incorrect, we will gladly accept returns for an exchange up to 10 days from the date the package was receive for the correct item.


If requesting a refund due to a product defect, please e-mail us at Return to inform us as to why you are unhappy with the item. We will gladly exchange for another item comparable in price minus shipping charges.

Warranty

We will warranty our items for life from any defects due to manufacturing. Abuse and misuse of item will NOT be covered under warranty.


Buyer is responsible for return postage of any item returned to us for any reason. We will pay postage to return the item to you if it is covered under warranty.
